Pool and Open water Training
My specialty! I am in the pool with you to analyze your stroke. You learn new swim drills to help enhance your biomechanics and power.
When linked to your computer, this bike trainer will display “you” cycling on the screen, display your watts, speed, and HR. The rear wheel of the trainer will dampen speed as to simulate climbing or racing. A valuable tool to test your progress, and to perform personal workouts.

Bike cranks that are independant from each other. This forces you to actually use your right side and left side leg muscles to turn the cranks and move the bike. These are on one of my bikes for this purpose—an awesome training tool to identify which leg compensates for the other, and how to train that bad habit out.
