• Triathlon racing season is almost here! Stay with a Masters Swim Group. Work on your stroke. Start adding Lake Swimming once a week in May or contact Lois for a Private Pool Lesson.
  • Give your bike a tune-up at your fav bike shop. Then hit the foothills or ride Gig Harbor! Buy an indoor trainer when the rain comes or call a friend to ride with you!
  • Word on endurance, so go longer. Enter a 10K or Half Marathon. Introduce some ‘speed’ work, such as a 5 x 440 yard increase in pace (fartlek). Easy jog 3 minutes between each.
